Stephen Rubin, President & CEO, has over 30 years experience in the software industry. He was the founder and CEO of Intellution, Inc. a worldwide leader in the development and application of process control software for personal computers. Elected a Fellow of the Instrumentation, Systems and Automation Society, he is a graduate of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he is a member of the Board of Trustees.

Alpin Chisholm, Chief Technology Officer, has over 30 years of experience in the design, development and application of process monitoring and control software for a wide variety of industries. Mr. Chisholm was co-founder of Intellution, Inc. Mr. Chisholm was also the technical director and a board member of the OPC Foundation, an industry group that worked closely with Microsoft to help advance working standards for SCADA software. Mr. Chisholm holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Brown University, and a master’s degree in computer and information science from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst).

Paul Vanslette, VP of Software Engineering, is an executive R&D leader with a track record of creating a competitive advantage through innovative software. Mr. Vanslette’s seventeen years at Intellution took him from software developer to Vice President of R&D and Chief Technology Officer. His products have won numerous industry awards including the Microsoft “Leonardo Medal for Technical Innovations” Award. Mr. Vanslette holds an MBA from Bentley College and a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society and was a founding technical member of the OPC – OLE for Process Control Industrial Automation communications standard.

Jonathan Brown, Vice President, Customer Solutions , is an expert operations and engineering manager with 18 years’ experience in control system engineering, communications systems, network architecture and project management for oil and gas pipelines. He has developed custom video surveillance and monitoring solutions for use in remotely operated liquefied natural gas facilities and remote wellhead applications. Most recently the manager of the Information, Power and Controls Group at Northstar Industries (Methuen, Mass.), Mr. Brown holds a BS in industrial engineering from Northeastern University.

Daniel Krulewitch , Director of Finance & Administration /Treasurer, has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneurial finance leader. He was President of tentwosevensix Ventures, Inc, a technology and business consultancy.  Customers included:  Education Development Center Inc, Commercialware Inc and Information Mapping Inc.  Mr. Krulewitch has also held senior positions at Rulestream, Baltimore Technologies/Cybertrust, and BBN Technologies (GTE).  He spent his formative years at Hewlett-Packard.  He holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BA from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign.

Earlier in his career, he was a member of the senior investment team at Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), Boston, MA.
