Console Recorder Enterprise Edition
The Console Recorder Enterprise Edition enables you to capture multiple consoles and have multiple displays throughout your plant.
In addition, the Enterprise Edition includes Longwatch's patent-pending video mapping tool that links the recorded console video with various databases in your automation system.
For example, you can:
- Click on an alarm in your HMI/DCS/SCADA alarm list and see exactly what display the operator was seeing, plus observe the mouse movements in response.
- Click on a phase change message in your Batch system to see the conditions that were on the operator display.
- Click on an operator tracking message to jump to a particular display in time, and then play back the display video (forward or backward in time) to help troubleshoot a system issue or to help train new operators.
