Longwatch offers a number of support plans designed to meet your project and operating needs. Enrolling an
a Longwatch support plan will give you peace of mind, help reduce downtime, give you access to Longwatch's
technical resources, and save you money.
- Basic Warranty - Your Longwatch hardware and software is warranted against defects for
90 days after delivery from Longwatch. During this period, hardware will be repaired or replaced
and software will be repaired or updated. You also have access to Longwatch's technical support
desk and web tools.
- Longwatch Protection Plan (Hardware) - Purchased on an annual basis, the Premium plan
provides immediate replacement of Longwatch-supplied hardware, reducing the downtime incurred while
shipping items back and forth. Longwatch will ship you a replacement unit immediately. You return
the defective unit for repair.
- Longwatch Protection Plan (Software) - Purchased on an annual basis, the Software plan
entitles you to periodic updates and upgrades at no extra charge. You also get access to Longwatch's
technical support desk and web tools.
